From Real Time to Anytime Learning

As you prepare to teach a course that you usually deliver in the classroom in a different way, deciding which elements should be in real-time (synchronous) and which could be done anytime (asynchronous) can be overwhelming. Planning when you should speak with students live and when to simply provide students with the materials they need to learn are big decisions.
